Compliment might foster self-confidence. But praise is a series of words that you need to be aware of. When you receive a compliment, in your heart flattered, then nodded justify it. Your consciousness momentarily swept away by the incredible feeling deliciously. This is the first collapse. Be careful with praise. Treat it like you see a snake-skinned beautiful but spitting out poison. The next collapse occurs, when you start working for expecting praise.
Praise is like sea water. The more drunk, getting your thirsted. He kills you slowly. Not because of too much salt you gulp. However, because of your insatiable greed. Work sincerely, because you have a noble goal to be accomplished. Prepare a large waste basket to get rid of all the praise that comes. You did not need praise. You have your own way.
